This Jessie James may not be publicly famous like the Jesse James’ before her. But here at Mad*Pow, she’s famous for her ability to always put Mad*Powers first.
Jessie is passionate about people. That’s why she’s Mad*Pow’s Manager of Employee Engagement. Jessie’s mission is to help Mad*Pow innovate and improve efforts around recruiting, engaging, and retaining their most valuable asset: their people.
After graduating with a degree in Bachelor Arts at Roger Williams University, Jessie worked at Mercer, Faulkner Hospital, Rhode Island Design Center, and Option Realty before coming to Mad*Pow.
In her free time, Jessie enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family.
